Three-point or four-point contact ball bearings are radial single row angular contact ball bearings with specially designed raceway so that it can bear the axial loads in two directions. The axial space occupied by this bearing is smaller than that of double row angular contact ball bearings, so this kind of bearings are mainly used in bearing axial load. The bearings are of a separate design, that is, it is possible to conduct independent installation for the outer ring with the ball, bracket components and two-split inner rings.
